"MAIRS" stands for "Myanmar Agricultural Inputs Registration System", which allow submission of application for Registrations, Licensings, Import/Export Endorsements of Seed, Fertilizer & Pesticide of Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation.

You can submit the application for Registrations, Licensings, Import/Export Endorsements of such agricultural inputs as Seed, Fertilizer & Pesticide, through the MAIRS.

No, you can't. You must fill up “Customer Details”. Also need to fill up “Representative Details” if you are a representative.

You must fill up “Customer Details” in order to use that data to pre-define in every single application. If you are a representative, “Representative Details” also need to fill up for the same reason.

You can register the fertilizer & warehouse. Can apply for renewal of fertilizer registration & warehouse as well. You can apply for Import/Export Endorsements of your registered fertilizers.
